For birth stats, please include the following:

• Baby’s Name
• Date of Birth
• Time of Birth
• Birth Weight
• Birth Length

For appliqué, please specify number or shape you’d like when ordering. For birth block style embroidery color format is as follows: thread color 1 – Name & Date of Birth, thread color 2 – Birth Stats, thread color 3 – Lines & Dots.
